What We Do
Basically, the company undertakes the following activities in projects:
- Fabrication of steel formworks.
- Design, development and fabrication of trailer bodies, tankers and sundry associated works.
- Underground tanks, with associated civil works.
- Development of petrol/diesel stations and associated works
- Fabrication of pipes, elbows, joints and sundries.
- Storage tanks, with associated civil works.
- Laying of water pipelines – underground and surface.
- Design, fabrication and erection of heavy structural steelworks to industrial building.
- Construction of barrel canopies.
- Gates construction and lots more.
Based on our experience, we are also capable of advising our clients on the projects to be executed from inception, basic design, approved design, drawing stages to fabrication, delivery and installations/erection stages: however, we carry out our client’s project to the last letter according to the requirement and taste expected.

Dekins Construction Nigeria Limited is committed to providing customers with quality products and services which consistently satisfy their needs and expectations. These products and services shall be delivered on time and at competitive price. All construction and activities shall be performed according to the ISO 9001:2000 standards, Quality Management System, Client Requirements, Contracts Specifications, Applicable Codes, Standard and Jurisdictional Regulations. We shall also ensure continual improvement and effectiveness of our quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy
Excellent safety policy is essential in accident prevention and we make this our core responsibility. We manage all our activities through a strategic safety and environmental process which geared up our commitment to health, safety and environmental standards, appropriate levels of training, quality performance and overall safety consciousness.
We enforce strictly and abide to all safety rules and regulations (both national and international) relevant in our operations. This is to ensure that our HSE record is among the best internationally.
We shall encourage the reporting of unsafe acts and conditions and as well the actions to improve performance, safety and health in our operations. We shall also provide adequate resources and training to ensure that work is carried out with high rate of safety and professionalism. We shall investigate all events of injuries, damage to property or the environment and ensure that corrections are made and communicated with immediate effect.
We shall operate a just system of dealing with HSE infringements. We always provide adequate and necessary safety equipments as well as Personal Protective Equipments (PPE) for all our staff and site engineers so as to reduce harm and hazard to the minimum level.
All our staff has an obligation to comply fully with this policy and with that, we believe that the safety of the people, property and the environment is highly considered.
Waste Management Policy
One of our severe policies is waste management. At DEKINS CONSTRUCTIONS NIGERIA LIMITED, waste management is properly managed and controlled throughout our operations/activities in the office, workshop and site.
We place high importance and attention to the reduction and control of pollution in the environment. Therefore, disposal of waste shall be in accordance with the Federal/State Waste Management Regulations. Generated wastes at site are to be disposed to a location approved by the client.
Alcohol and Drug Abuse Policy
The entire management of Dekins Construction Nigeria Limited restricts the drinking, storage and use of alcohol and the abuse of drug within the premises of our site. All our staff and engineers are bound from taking excessive alcohol and misuse/abuse of drugs.
In order to control the use of alcohol and drug among the staff, the search for, and seizure of alcohol may be carried out often times as far as it is perceived. However, the company retains the right to discipline any contractor staff and employees who default the stipulations of this policy.
The company shall also carry out time to time test and check on all staff to detect any drug abuse activity as well as excessive alcohol intake.
